Health authorities say they are using medicinal plant extracts to treat the early stages of Covid-19 as part of a pilot programme.
The plants being trialled are lasabi and golden vegetable (phak khao thong), along with white rice pills (kaxaikhao), and are being used as an alternative remedy to cut the treatment costs of Covid-19.
