ປະຈຸບັນການລະບາດຂອງເຊື້ອພະຍາດອັກເສບປອດຈາກເຊື້ອຈຸລະໂລກສາຍພັນໃໝ່ ໂຄວິດ-19 ຍັງນັບມື້ນັບເພີ່ມທະວີຄວາມຮຸນແຮງ ແລະ ມີການລະບາດເພີ້ມຂຶ້ນໃນແຕ່ລະວັນ. ປະຈຸບັນມີຜູ້ຕິດເຊື້ອໃນທົ່ວໂລກຈໍານວນ 781,441 ກໍລະນີ, ມີຜູ້ເສຍຊີວິດທັງໝົດ 37,587 ກ່ວາຄົນ, ສໍາລັບ ສປປ ລາວ ເຮົາ ກໍໄດ້ມີຜູ້ຕິດເຊື້ອ 9 ກໍລະນີ ແລະ ຍັງບໍ່ທັນມີຜູ້ເສຍຊີວິດ.
